Clive & Jill Shares A Passionate Kiss |
To other gamers like myself, there's a feeling of accomplishment that comes with finally clearing out that ever-growing backlog of unfinished game titles. Regarding myself there is an outstanding amount of games that have held a long place in my "to-play" list. Most of them are games that I actually really enjoy and like.
With new game releases around the corner "Final Fantasy XVI" was very close to making it on my "to-play" list. However, I was determined to prevent this. Just this past weekend I can proudly say that I have completed my playthrough for Final Fantasy XVI. If you would like to watch my entire playthrough, you can watch it via my YouTube Channel.
Immersive Storytelling & Epic Battles
Square Enix has delivered once again with giving Final Fantasy XVI an engaging narrative and great gameplay mechanics. Despite my few complaints surrounding the developer Square Enix, they have earned a special place in my rank for providing an overall awesome gameplay experience. From the very first title released in 1987 to its latest installments, the developer has evolved the Final Fantasy franchise while retaining the core elements that makes it unforgettable.
One of the most compelling aspects of my playthrough for Final Fantasy XVI was is their ability to weave intricate and emotionally stories. Each entry presented a narrative from each character encountered throughout the story, with its own lore. This narrative made even the side quest feel like it was apart of the main story, ensuring that players are consistently engaged and excited to see what happens next.
Aside from that the gameplay mechanics that I mentioned in a previous post was innovative and a fun time. I really got a kick out of combining various Eikon abilities once I truly realized how they work when fully upgraded. Check out this awesome combo I pulled of in one the the boss fights. It was a great time.
For my final thoughts, I would highly recommend this game to anyone looking to enjoy an immersive yet challenging playthrough. To see what I have rated games I've completed so far check out my Rankone Global page.
